Ordered on AliExpress, several months ago, I finally tested the Orthosis Stop Snoring Solution at 3\u20ac! Already having quality orthoses, I was in no hurry to insert this type of product into my mouth all night long! My curiosity finally made me decide to start this test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what is an Orthosis 100 times cheaper than the Resmed Orthosis worth? (3\u20ac versus 300\u20ac)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to use Stop Snoring Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1\/ Insert the blue rod in the hole in front of the gutter, then put it in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\/ Put hot water (about 70-80 degrees C) in the container until the tray is submerged. For information, water boils at 100\u00b0, it begins to simmer at 80\u00b0. So, to be precise, as soon as it starts to simmer, you pour it into your bowl and then dip the gutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\/ Keep the orthosis in the water for 20 seconds, then remove it using the blue insertion handle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\/ Gently remove the excess water and insert the mouthpiece into the mouth. Adjust the brace to a comfortable position, then bite down using your fingers, from the front to the sides to make a good mold of your teeth and the shape of your gums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\/ Remove the tray after feeling that all your teeth have left good impressions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6\/ Put the gutter thus formed in cold water to fix your AntirSnore Orthosis and take out the insertion handle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the fact that there is only one size, in the end (as far as I am concerned) it has widened a bit and it fits my mouth by about 50% compared to my custom-made RESMED NARVAL. So it’s not great, but hey, the price is divided by 100…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, what a pity and ignorance of the manufacturers, no progress of the lower part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, it’s a custom boxer’s mouth guard…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the test with my\u00a0sound analyzer<\/a>\u00a0, no difference in snoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
