Anti snoring nasal retractor review
This plastic nasal dilator is made up of 2 cones. These are interdependent and connected to each other
The cones, in order to make them ‘lighter’, are not made from a block, but fanned out into circles. This improves the passage of air, and makes them more comfortable.
Why a nasal retractor?
Snoring comes mainly from the relaxation of the tissues at the level of mouth breathing. We tend to snore if we breathe through our mouth. The nasal retractor therefore makes it possible to put more contribution to nasal breathing.
Functioning
The cones make it possible to widen and take off slightly the internal nasal surface and thus to improve the flow of air.
Awake test
A simple awake test, with and without, immediately shows a substantial gain in airflow, especially if you have a slightly blocked nostril.
The test in situation, during one night
The promise is kept. The result is noticeable. It holds up well, I haven’t lost it all night. Its comfort is quite correct, you get used to it easily. Audio recordings show a 15 to 30% reduction in snoring. Nasal breathing is greatly improved. If you are testing this product, you must be used to breathing through your nose while sleeping. If not, you need a chin strap to get used to, otherwise it won’t work.
