2/ Then proceed to your own tests, with solutions or products that are really effective (with good customer reviews)
Solutions that work:
With the purchase of products:
- Nasal spray to release the mucous membranes
- Nasal retractor that allows you to breathe better through your nose
- Keeping the mouth closed in order to breathe through the nose: chin strap or mouthpiece
- Mouth orthosis with a mandibular advance that frees the passage of air at the level of the pharynx
- Forcing yourself to sleep on your stomach using a device in your back
- Offer your partner anti-noise solutions
Without products:
- Maxillofacial muscle exercises
- Play sports, have a healthy lifestyle, food and alcohol-free
- Consult an ENT, with possible intervention
3/ Analyze the results
This part is very important and will take time. It will also be necessary to compare with comparable situations (do not draw hasty conclusions if a result is not conclusive following a gargantuan and well-watered meal!).
The test must also be carried out over a minimum period of one week in order to extract an average.
The best is also to alternate the solutions, or to do nights without anything then with… By proceeding in this way for the same period, physically identical, you will have an excellent comparison.
