A good diet, without excess alcohol, also allows you to sleep better.
Drink eucalyptus herbal tea or mint tea!
Before going to bed, drink an herbal tea with eucalyptus, this will allow you to free up your airways and thus reduce your snoring.
And mint tea in the morning also promotes the “cleansing” of the respiratory tract and lungs.
